New cultural installation at Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, inaugurated at the end of 2017 and located in the remodelled building that previously housed the Schools in plaza Nueva. Currently, the Ramon Bosch de Noya municipal library is located here, but a second phase will see the Municipal Archive being located here. The building comprises various multi-use rooms and furnished areas equipped with audio and protection systems, available to private individuals, organisations and companies.
GARCIA FAURA has played a role in the construction process of the new installation, being entrusted with fabricating and installing the exterior enclosures, a skylight, a small curtain wall and the set of glass doors and partitions. The set of exterior enclosures, covering 250 square metres, have been developed with hidden leaf aluminium profiling, which minimises the impact of the profile and increases interior light levels to a maximum. In addition, the windows have a low emissivity laminate, which increases the installation comfort level. The same is applicable to the skylight and the curtain wall, which total 210 square metres and are in keeping with the general aesthetics of the architectural project.
