GARCIA FAURA will leave its mark on the new IESE headquarters in Madrid
GARCIA FAURA participates in the construction of the new IESE campus in Madrid developing, manufacturing and installing the facade elements and aluminum and glass enclosures.
The new headquarters in the Spanish capital of the business school of the University of Navarra (which is expected to open in autumn) will have 16,000 square meters of surface area that will be built next to the current headquarters.
The new center, which will increase the teaching and research activity of IESE by 50%, will incorporate four classrooms equipped with the best multimedia technology, rooms for conferences and meetings, two dining rooms, library, parking for 300 people and an auditorium for 500 people.
GARCIA FAURA will make 1,700 square meters of curtain wall and 1,500 square meters of double skin of both the teaching building and the auditorium, in addition to 1,500 square meters of interior and exterior enclosures of high technical and acoustic performance.
The work of the company will be completed with the installation of the other elements that will make up the exterior view of the building, such as railings, panels and metal covers.
