GARCIA FAURA will reach 39.5 million euros in turnover in 2021
The figure will practically equal the turnover of last year and maintain the trend of continued and sustained growth in recent years. The company has a presence in Spain, France and Luxembourg, and will close the year with just over 400 projects completed, a number similar to that of 2018 and 2019.
GARCIA FAURA will close the year 2021 with a turnover close to 40 million euros, consolidating the turnover of 2020 and growing by 14% compared to 2019, in the pre-pandemic stage. A good balance, given the circumstances still arising from the health and economic crisis of covid-19 and the global consequences of the increase in the prices of raw materials and supplies.
GARCIA FAURA’s main business market is still in Spain, concentrated around Barcelona and Madrid. The percentage of turnover generated in foreign markets this year will represent 20% of the annual volume, through the projects that the company has executed – or is still executing – mainly in Paris and Luxembourg. In total, the company’s set of business divisions will have completed a total of 400 construction projects in 2021, whether new construction, refurbishment or residential.
Optimism, perseverance and a guarantee for the future
The difficulties facing the world economy and the uncertainty of the evolution of the markets due to the escalation of the prices of supplies such as electricity, fuels or raw materials are undeniable. A situation that, to a greater or lesser extent, draws daily scenarios of great complexity for any company. Overcoming any obstacles that may have arisen, and ready to overcome those that may arise at any time, GARCIA FAURA remains confident in the future.
That’s why the company is maintaining its investment and development plans for next year. In this sense, the digitization and process automation programs that the company started in 2018 are continuing, prioritizing these axes in its internal management plan. The new GARCIA FAURA Residential Showroom has also been launched this year, which the company will continue to develop and strengthen in the coming months.
GARCIA FAURA will combine this development policy with the common sense required by the current situation, constantly monitoring the evolution of the markets and adjusting investment spending to the needs of each moment.
