GARCIA FAURA dresses Ricardo Bofill’s housings in Platja d’Aro (Girona)

The housing development designed by the Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura has entrusted GARCIA FAURA to provide comfort and high technical performance to this development that is being built on the seafront on the Costa Brava.

In first line of sea of the Costa Brava is rising a new construction developed by the recognized office Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura. This is a Kronos Homes development of 85 homes in the town of Platja d’Aro (Girona).

The project presents a sustainable and efficient housing, with an open-plan design, modern style and with a careful interior layout to offer the maximum possible comfort and also the maximum amount of natural light, thanks to the large windows facing the sea.

GARCIA FAURA manufactures and installs 480 aluminium exterior carpentry with thermal break and different types of opening, depending on the needs of the project. It will also have more than 2,600 square metres of low emissivity glazing and acoustic insulation.

The works also include the exterior cladding of the buildings with glass panels, with more than 6,700 square metres of surface area, as well as the set of exterior railings, also the work of GARCIA FAURA.
