Execution of the envelope of this 26-storey residential complex, designed by the architectural studio of Odile Decq. GARCIA FAURA has developed, manufactured and installed the various façade typologies and technologies: curtain walls, latest generation concealed sliding panels, glass balustrades and louvred façades, among others.
The rear façade and one of the side façades have a curtain wall and louvre configuration, while the main façade is made up of highly modular balconies, almost entirely made of glass, with very little apparent presence of aluminium profiling.
The treatment and installation of the 9-metre-high curved glass panes that make up the external enclosure of the ground floor was noteworthy.
