Final construction of the new Library of Sant Joan Despi

The construction of the new cultural center of the Baix Llobregat begins his final works. GARCIA Fauria has manufactured and installed the interior and exterior walls of 4300 square meters occupied by the new City Library, and the group of curtain walls. The set of closures have been made ​​with Jansen steel profiles with thermal break.
The new City Library, the second of Sant Joan Despi, also has a performing arts hall of 400 seats and several multipurpose rooms, plus parking for 350 vehicles. The group has 14,000 square meters: 4300 of construction and 9700 are building on two floors of underground parking. It is located in city center and has received an initial budget of 12 million.

The steel profiles used belongs to the series Janisol of Jansen. The closures are complete with double glazing Saint Gobain, great thermal performance. The company in charge of the works has been FCC Construcción SA.
