Hotel Porta Fira, the best skyscraper in the world

The building, designed by the architect Toyo Ito, has won first place in the annual ranking of the Emporis Awards. The tower has been considered by the jury as the most impressive and new skyscrapers of 2010. GARCIA FAURA participated in its construction, with work interiors enclosures of the hotel as well as skylights and access. Among the 10 finalists for the award is also Torre Diagonal 00, with GARCIA FAURA interior trims.

GARCIA FAURA expands its Gavà facilities

The company has acquired a new industrial warehouse in the same estate where its head office is located, to which iron's production line has been transferred. In this way, all the work related to the manipulation and treatment of this material is expanded and enhanced, with a new space of 2000 square meters. The transfer of the Iron Workshop has allowed to gain new production spaces in the old facilities.

Segur de Calafell will inaugurate a new high school next course 2016-2017
