Climatic enclosures for a residential complex in Paris

This public body has defined a schedule of works to meet the requirements of the people living in the complex and to resolve the issues with the building. So, work is being carried out on the interior and exterior to bring the building in line with the Climate Plan approved by the City Council of Paris; a document with the objective of increasing building insulation efficiency. However, works shall also be centred around building aesthetics and the interior design of the apartments.

Work by GARCIA FAURA began in May, and consists in producing, supplying and installing 273 sliding retractable enclosure units with 10 mm thick toughened transparent glass panels, totalling 2300 square metres. Works are expected to continue throughout 2018 and are due to be completed in early 2019.
