The company faces, in this way, the volume of production planned for 2023, within the framework of its annual plan of investments and automation of its production centres.
GARCIA FAURA opens in 2023 with the incorporation to its workshops of new machinery in the framework of its annual investment plan. On the one hand, it has acquired a new cutting and machining centre for aluminium profiles model Emmegi Quadra L2. It is an 18-axis work centre with computer numerical control, which performs milling, drilling and cutting functions. The machine has an automated magazine and a bar feed system up to 7.5 metres. The central body has a milling module, two cutting modules and a re-testing module. Its layout allows the contour of the garment to be machined in any orientation. The machining unit incorporates an exclusive rotating base system.
In parallel, GARCIA FAURA has also acquired a new machining centre for panels, model Biesse Rover Plast B FT. A machine that will allow to extend the volume of work in composite panels and that stands out for its great precision and flexibility. It is a numerical control machining centre that is added to the company’s important machinery for the cutting and machining of profiles and panels.
With these investments, the company is still committed to its production centres and will be able to meet the production volume forecast for 2023, with projects underway and awarded in Barcelona, Madrid, France, Luxembourg, Colombia and the new African markets in which the company has already begun to work.
