GARCIA FAURA renovates a new building in the Cerro de los Gamos shopping complex

Having successfully completed the refurbishment of two of the complex’s buildings, work is now underway on the complete renovation of a third building, including work on the façade, curtain walls and metal joinery.

The Cerro de los Gamos Business Park in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) is a complex of five independent buildings, each four storeys high, with a total surface area of 36,105 square metres for value-added commercial activity.

GARCIA FAURA has worked here before, carrying out the façade and metalwork on two of the buildings that have already been refurbished. Refurbishment of Building 3 is currently underway, for which the company is developing 2,000 square metres of curtain walling and high-performance joinery. 3,800 square metres of aluminium composite panel cladding and 650 square metres of Sandwich panel canopies are also being manufactured and installed.

GARCIA FAURA‘s excellent track record in terms of quality and turnaround times in refurbishing the first two buildings prompted the estate to place its trust in the company once again for the refurbishment of this third building, which will house new companies in this business park dedicated to the technology and innovation sector.
