GARCIA FAURA strengthens its presence in the city of Luxembourg. After participating in the construction of an office building and a hotel in the prestigious Kirchberg district, the company will now leave its mark in the new headquarters of the Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo, located in the new district of La Cloche d ‘Gold to the south of the city.

The building will consist of eight floors with 10,518 square meters plus three underground levels with 85 parking spaces. The property will also have an auditorium with 200 seats, on which there will be a terrace of a restaurant for the staff, with capacity for 150 people.

GARCIA FAURA will develop, manufacture and install the enclosures of the ground floor and a curtain wall of about 445 square meters with a constructive system that guarantees the maximum entrance of natural light. Integrated in this curtain wall will also install 12 doors that will offer high levels of thermal insulation, air and water tightness.

The works will be completed with the manufacture and installation of the automatic door assembly, the development of 300 square meters of metal lathes with aluminum sheet for the ground floor pillars, and 235 square meters of curtain wall for loggies of higher plants.
