New CNC machining center for the GARCIA FAURA aluminum workshop
The GARCIA FAURA investment program does not stop. Since this January, the company has a new CNC machining center that is added to the 3 that had already been operational until now. It is a new center with 5 controlled axes, designed for machining bars of aluminium, PVC or steel up to 7 meters long, although it can also work in two independent work areas in double mode.
In addition, it also has a mobile work table which makes workpiece loading/unloading easier amb increases the working section considerably. The new center, made by Emmegi, has the most advanced safety elements, with high-end glass protections and a light colour interface that acts as an additional warning of the statuses of the machine at all times.
In recent times the company has made a significant investment in machinery and technology to advance the digitalization of the company and continue to remain a benchmark in the sector of manufacturing modular facades and high performance aluminum enclosures.
With this acquisition, GARCIA FAURA further increases the production capacity of its aluminum workshop, while expanding the variety of products it can offer its customers. The investment is part of the modernization plan for the GARCIA FAURA facades, curtain walls and enclosures manufacturing plant. A project financed by Ministerio de Indústria, Comercio y Turismo within the Program of reindustrialization and promotion of industrial competitiveness.
