GARCIA FAURA is in full production and installation of the enclosures of the new facilities of IEC, on the Costa Daurada (Tarragona). A total of 19,000 square meters of facilities with capacity for 12,000 students, which should be operational next school year. The works completed this summer.

Barcelona recovers the building Calabria 66 for citizens uses

After several years of closure, the former ONCE headquarters in the District of Sant Antoni is about to become a new hub of social, cultural and neighborhood facilities. 11,000 square meters destined to become a clearinghouse of citizens' concerns, with space for municipal services, cultural facilities and spaces for co-management neighborhood. GARCIA FAURA has completed the remodeling of the facades giving a new face to this emblematic building.

Enclosures by GARCIA FAURA for the Residencial Célere in Barcelona

At the foot of the Mediterranean coast of Barcelona the Residencial Célere Diagonal Port is being built, two 16-storey towers with one-to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private terraces. The project is promoted by Via Célere, a real estate company specialized in the development, investment and management of residential assets.
