GARCIA FAURA received a mention in the Palmarés Architecture Aluminum Technal 2017 that was released on March 20 at the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid. The mention has been given by the project of the new headquarters of the Massana School of Barcelona and in the 'Discover' category.

The new Viladomat high school that is being built in Barcelona will have the closures of GARCIA FAURA. The secondary education center will rise in 3,760 square meters of the site occupied by the convent of the Little Sisters of the Poors, in the Eixample district of the capital of Catalonia, opposite Consell de Cent street, between Viladomat and Comte Borrell streets.

Nature Bissé, a high-end cosmetics company, is building its new corporate headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallès, a 13,500-square-meter building that will be a research, commercialization, logistics and factory center. GARCIA FAURA will intervene with the interior enclosures and a 900 square meter curtain wall.

At the foot of the Mediterranean coast of Barcelona the Residencial Célere Diagonal Port is being built, two 16-storey towers with one-to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private terraces. The project is promoted by Via Célere, a real estate company specialized in the development, investment and management of residential assets.

EasyHotel has chosen l’Hospitalet de Llobregat to build its first establishment in Spain. The British chain allocates 15 million euros to a project that is being built at number 22 of Granvia, between Modern and Bacardí streets, very close to Europa square and the Fira de Barcelona.

GARCIA FAURA is consolidating more and more in France. After the Parisian works on the Hausmann boulevard and on the campus of Massy, the company relaunched a project in an educational space: the future campus Condorcet in Aubervilliers, in the north of Paris.

The complete rehabilitation of the facilities that will be used for the Martí i Pous High School, in Building B of the Fabra i Coats, is already underway in Barcelona. GARCIA FAURA participates in the installation of 177 enclosures for doors and windows with breakage of thermal bridge, with an area of approximately 720 square meters.

GARCIA FAURA participates in the construction of the new sports center in Turó de la Peira in Barcelona. Specifically, it will install 750 square meters of curtain wall on the façade, with a continuous tap system with integration of projecting windows and motorized parallel swing. Part of this facade will bring triple glass.

GARCIA FAURA participates in the remodeling of the Lisbon Oceanarium with the installation of a U-shaped glass façade and enclosures with ventilation strips, four automatic doors and a basket for outdoor cleaning.

The sanitary equipment, the third in Viladecans, serves a population of 23,000 people in the areas of family and community medicine, and the territorial team of pediatrics that will take care of all the children of Viladecans. GARCIA FAURA has contributed to the installation of the glass façade and with more than one hundred enclosures.
