After several years of closure, the former ONCE headquarters in the District of Sant Antoni is about to become a new hub of social, cultural and neighborhood facilities. 11,000 square meters destined to become a clearinghouse of citizens' concerns, with space for municipal services, cultural facilities and spaces for co-management neighborhood. GARCIA FAURA has completed the remodeling of the facades giving a new face to this emblematic building.

Icono Urbano has entrusted to GARCIA FAURA the execution of the works façade and closures for its flagship project in Colombia. Vitrvm is located prominently in one of the most important avenues in the northern section of Bogota DC. With 2 towers of 13 and 11 floors aimed to apartments from 267 to 395 square meters. GARCIA FAURA carry out the works with first class materials and high quality.

The new sports center, designed by the architects Manuel Brullet and Alfonso de Luna, is now fully operational, after months of work. The facilities have 14,600 square meters, for which GARCIA FAURA have run the whole interior and exterior closures, façades and other elements that contribute to the building comprehensive energy strategy, that seeks maximum use of natural light.

After years of work and many months of work by GARCIA FAURA, the emblematic Barcelona market has completed its refurbishment. The project led by the architect Josep Lluís Mateo, has meant the modernization of the facilities and the reorganization of the trading system. The reference laboratory in the pharmaceutical sector expands its facilities in Catalonia, with the construction of a new building for production, technical rooms and laboratories. GARCIA FAURA takes care of the works about closures and curtain walls, manufacturing and installing the entire exterior envelope for this new plant in Rubí. Highlight the works in glass facades with hung windows integrated.

The company executes the new Control Tower and the Center for Aeronautical Management of Colombia, in the area of expansion for El Dorado International Airport, which will enable the growth of air traffic at international levels, in line with the more developed countries in aviation.
