New FC Barcelona Club Commission head office, relocated from the existing structure of the previous building, known as el Picadero. The space is home to the FC Barcelona Members’ Office, Fan Club Service Office, the Specialised Services Office, the Paris Suite and a restaurant area, as well as facilities spaces and stores. The architectural project was based on an approach marrying aesthetics and functionality, which would turn the building into a pleasant space for club members and which would become a new and more dignified doorway to the entire Barça area.
The cladding of the facades with complex and inclined shapes, combining different mouldings of micro-perforated sheet and curved to varied dimensions, has been the main challenge of this project which GARCIA FAURA resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. The installation of these mouldings was a response to meet the needs of the Project Management team, combined with the installation of other joinery, large fixtures and access doors to different areas of the building.
