The new Hotel SB Plaza Europa is a 4-star hotel establishment with avant-garde décor showcasing noble materials and Mediterranean colour schemes. A cosmopolitan and contemporary establishment earmarked to become a reference point in one of the country’s fastest growing financial districts. Among the most outstanding facilities of the establishment are the restaurant, the cafeteria with garden terrace, the panoramic terrace with swimming pool and the solarium and gymnasium.
GARCIA FAURA undertook the architectural project in aluminium and glass for the enclosures and glazed facade. Regarding the latter, a 250 m2 area of curtain wall has been fabricated and installed, with horizontal and vertical plaquets. The set of enclosures, more than 330 units, is equipped with thermal bridge enclosures and hidden leaf aluminium profiles. A fabrication system combining very high-level technical functionality with impeccable aesthetics. They present a restrained line with a small interior moulding creating a svelte appearance creating a symbolic shadowplay. Windows are finished with upper aluminium sheet metal.
