The Institute is situated on a plot covering almost 8,000 m2 with an effective surface are of 3,200 m2 distributed over four floors and a courtyard with a 4,200 m2 sports area in addition to a facilities zone. For this building, GARCIA FAURA produced 2,217 m2 of black aluminium sheet cladding, which stands out for its high strength and durability, donning a strikingly unique exterior aesthetic to the building exterior. Another noteworthy point is the installation of more than 140 windows, doors and emergency exits designed to offer the maximum levels of sealing, energy saving and acoustic protection thanks to vacuum glazing and the thermal break provided by the aluminium profiles.
