Residential development constructed on the calle Cadenes in Sant Just Desvern. There are 96 residential units distributed across 2 blocks, each with 4 floors. The development boasts communal areas such as the swimming pool, children’s play area and private outdoor area.
For this development, GARCIA FAURA fabricated and installed a set of aluminium and glass enclosures. They have been manufactured from profile systems with thermal bridge breaks and glass of different compositions, depending on the thermal insulation requirements of each space. In total, almost 1,400 m2 of doors, windows and fixed enclosures were fabricated and installed.
