Luxury residential development in Barcelona’s Zona Alta. The apartments have the highest quality finish, and the building has first-class communal areas, such as a heated pool, fitness room, children’s play area and outdoor garden.
For this development, GARCIA FAURA fabricated and installed a set of aluminium and glass enclosures. These were manufactured from profile systems with thermal bridge break and glass of varying compositions to ensure the resulting thermal and acoustic insulation efficiency. Works were finalised with the installation of solar protection and a 70 m2 interior skylight.
